Inter Milan confirm Ever Banega pursuit
Inter Milan have confirmed they are in talks to sign Sevilla midfielder and Manchester United target Ever Banega, whose contract runs out in the summer.
“Yes, it’s true that [Banega] is a real possibility,” Inter's sporting director Piero Ausilio told Sport Mediaset. “We’ve written to Sevilla so they know we’re talking to the player.
“It’s a question which has to do with the good relations and respect which exists between the two clubs. He’s a player we like and a possibility for us.”
That is according to The Sun, who claim Pep Guardiola is hoping to make the Frenchman his first signing ahead of his move to the Etihad.
City are thought to the preparing to offer the 21-year-old an £8m-a-season - £154,000-a-week - contract plus add-ons, which would total £80m.

And finally, Italian website Gazzetta dello Sport claim United have entered the race to sign Juventus centre-half Leonardo Bonucci.
The Italy international has also attracted interest from Chelsea, with Antonio Conte reportedly keen to sign him should he take charge at Stamford Bridge in the summer.
And Gazzetta dello Sport claim the Premier League pair are ready to make big bids for the 28-year-old, who has made 37 appearances for Juve this term.
