Louis van Gaal has 12 men out injured at the moment
The Red Devils have endured injury problems for much of the season.
The manager named a makeshift squad to face Arsenal at Old Trafford this afternoon, with striker Marcus Rashford making his Premier League debut in place of the injured Wayne Rooney.
Asked about goalkeeper David De Gea returning from injury, he said: "Of course (it's good) but I have to say that also (reserve) Sergio Romero did a fantastic job."
Discussing his options from the bench, Van Gaal insisted just about has adequate cover.
"I think every position has been covered, that's the main issue I think," he said.
"When somebody is injured in the game I have a lot of confidence to play them."
