The Blues come up against the French giants in the last-16 of Europe's elite competition for the third straight season next week.
Guus Hiddink has made an impact since replacing Jose Mourinho in December, with his side currently on an 11-game unbeaten streak.
But in a sly dig at Mourinho, Motta reckons PSG will find Chelsea tough going.
"It's more difficult without Mourinho," Motta told French news outlet RMC.

"They've changed their game. When we played them in the last two seasons, they were a team who played on the counter and didn't want the ball.
"Nowadays, they're a team that tries to play. It will be difficult."
