Manchester United offer international midfielder £125,000-a-week contract
MANCHESTER UNITED have offered Michael Carrick a new 12-month contract, according to reports.
Michael Carrick is United's second longest-serving player
Despite the summer arrivals of Bastian Schweinsteiger and Morgan Schneiderlin, Carrick has been a key member of United’s team this season.
But that hasn’t stopped the 34-year-old England international being linked with a move away from Old Trafford in the summer, with both LA Galaxy and New York Red Bulls showing interest.
The former West Ham and Tottenham ace is out of contract at the end of the season and could leave the Red Devils on a free transfer.
