Fortune, 17, joins Aaron Eyoma in committing his future to Arsenal after the latter penned his first pro contract yesterday.
Arsenal's official website describe France youth international as a "pacey centre forward".
He joined the Gunners from Ligue 1 side Lens last summer and scored seven goals in 15 appearances for the U18s.
