Chelsea Transfer News: £16m midfielder talks reopen, £8m striker exit, Tottenham raid
EXPRESS SPORT brings you all the latest transfer news coming out of Stamford Bridge.
Juan Cuadrado - Spotlight on
Chelsea have reportedly reopened talks with Juventus over the permanent transfer of Juan Cuadrado.
The 27-year-old has been on loan at Juve since the summer after failing to earn a place in the first team at Stamford Bridge and was expected to make his £15.8million move to Turin this month.
And according to Italian outlet Tuttosport, talks have been reopened between the two clubs.
But the transfer is not likely to be finalised until as late as March due to Juve said to be wanting a reduced price for the previously agreed fee.
Juan Cuadrado, Loic Remy, Mauricio Pochettino
Leicester have made an £8million bid for Chelsea striker Loic Remy, according to reports.
The Frenchman has struggled to nail down a first-team spot since joining the Blues in 2014, making just 28 appearances in two seasons.
And according to French magazine L’Equipe the Foxes have put an £8m bid on the table to lure the forward to the King Power Stadium.
Remy is understood to be keen on leaving Stamford Bridge in order to better his chances of securing a place in the France squad for Euro 2016.
