Confirmed: Liverpool complete January deal for Scottish goalkeeper
RYAN FULTON has joined Portsmouth on loan for the rest of the season.
Ryan Fulton has been a regular in the Liverpool under-21 side this season
The 19-year-old Liverpool keeper joins on a youth loan.
Fulton signed a new deal at Liverpool in December and was handed the number 39.
The Scotland under-21 international has been on the bench for the Liverpool first team on four occasions.
He has been a regular in the under-21 side this term.
Liverpool first choice keeper Simon Mignolet signed a new deal with the club this month and Jurgen Klopp also has Adam Bogdan to call on.
Danny Ward was also recalled from his spell in Scotland with Aberdeen.
The Reds look set to step up their transfer business with a move for Alex Teixeira on the cards.
Liverpool lodged a bid for the Brazilian yesterday and have continued talks with the Ukrainian club today.
