Newcastle and Sunderland set to land Swansea duo as January fire-sale continues
SWANSEA are to continue their January fire-sale of star players with both Sunderland and Newcastle reportedly ready to profit.

Relegation battlers Swansea have already offloaded England international Jonjo Shelvey onto Newcastle this month in a £12million deal.
But the south Wales club will apparently not stop there in their efforts to gut out the squad.
Express Sport exclusively revealed yesterday that Sunderland are primed to make a £14m offer for Andre Ayew this week.
According to the Newcastle Chronicle, the Magpies have been offered 30-year-old forward Gomis by Swansea, who are keen to get rid of him.
The Frenchman joined Swansea to partner up with Wilfried Bony in the summer of 2014 but the latter was sold to Manchester City six months later, leaving Gomis to struggle as Swansea's lead striker ever since.
Swansea themselves are seeking new recruits after scoring just 19 league goals all season.
They are expected to appoint 60-year-old Italian Francesco Guidolin as their new boss this week, with interim head coach Alan Curtis set to work alongside the former Udinese manager.
