And the report claims The Gunners have already held transfer talks with his agent Jurgen Milewski.
The mentioned sum is significantly less than the reported £40m bidding war that is expected to ensue should Sane choose to leave Schalke.
However, the club have denied the existence of a buy-out clause, with sporting director Horst Heldt rubbishing the claims on Twitter.
"Neither this winter nor in the summer has an exit clause been reached for Leroy Sane," the club wrote.

And it's not the first time Schalke have moved to quash transfer rumours for their prized 20-year-old, with Heldt revealing last week there had been no offers.
"There are no offers for Sane at the moment - you should not focus on things too much until something becomes seriousand that is not the case as things stand," he told Kicker.
