Manchester United have not renewed their interest in Lazio's Felipe Anderson
The Red Devils have since been linked with a return bid for the Brazil international as Louis van Gaal looks to improve his front line.
But the United boss has all but ruled out a fresh bid this month for the 22-year-old winger, who has struggled for form this season.
"We turned down a €50m (£37.6m) offer from Manchester United on August 27 and nothing has changed since then," Tare told Mediaset Premium. "He's worth much more.
"So far we haven't received anything from Manchester United. He is going through a negative period of form and he knows that, we talked a great deal.

"He has to find his calm, he is a player who is now well-known and feared. He has what it takes to emerge from this negative moment."
And when asked about United's reported interest in Anderson, Van Gaal said: "I cannot discuss that with you. I don't think we shall do business in January."
