Jurgen Klopp confirms he turned down approach from West Ham before joining Liverpool
JURGEN KLOPP has confirmed he was approached by West Ham to be their new manager in the summer.

Klopp turned down the opportunity because “it was not the right time” and took over at Liverpool in October after being persuaded to end his sabbatical.
West Ham’s co-owners David Sullivan and David Gold targeted Klopp following the departure of Sam Allardyce, but ended up appointing Slaven Bilic.
Klopp’s Liverpool face West Ham on Saturday and he said: “I’m not sure I should say too much about this, but in summer I was not available for anybody.
