The 24-year-old has been heavily linked with Arsenal and Manchester United after a stunning first half of the season.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger confirmed his interest in Mahrez in the summer, while United are thought to be lining up a £29million bid before the New Year.
But the in-form winger, who has 13 goals and six assists to his name, insists he has no desire to leave the King Power Stadium as the Foxes sit top of the table.
"I do not think that I am going to leave because I feel very good here," the Algeria international said. "Of course it is sure that there are noises.

"It is good to have clubs that are interested in you, but I feel very good at Leicester and it would be stupid to leave in January, especially because we are in first position."
Claudio Ranieri insists he has no desire to sell Mahrez, who joined Leicester in January 2014 for just £400,000 from Ligue 2 outfit Le Havre.
