Real Madrid want to bring Jose Mourinho back to the Bernabeu, according to reports.
Mourinho managed the European giants between 2010 and 2013, winning La Liga and the Copa del Rey before being sacked.
He rejoined Chelsea later that summer but The Sun claim the Portuguese could return to Spain at the end of the season.
Meanwhile, Chelsea's on-loan striker Patrick Bamford may quit Crystal Palace in January, claim news outlet London24.
It is understood Bamford, 22, is keen for more game time and has become frustrated with his lack of minutes at Selhurst Park.
The forward enjoyed a hugely successful loan stint at Middlesbrough last term and was named Championship player of the season for 2014/15.
And Bamford is reportedly ready to push for a return to Teeside as Boro target promotion to the Premier League.
