The Italian has been heavily linked with the job at Manchester United in recent weeks.
The Old Trafford hierarchy have reportedly assembled a shortlist of potential replacements for boss Louis van Gaal, whose deal expires at the end of the 2016/17 season.
And former AC Milan manager Allegri, who is also contracted at the Old Lady until the end of next season, is believed to be at the top of their list.
But the 48-year-old has today distanced himself from the role at Old Trafford, insisting he is fully focused at Juventus.

"I'm very happy to coach Juventus," he said in response to the rumours. "And I remain fully focused on achieving the very important objectives we have here."
Juve have endured a difficult opening to their title defence this term as they sit seven points behind leaders Napoli in fifth place.
