Jurgen Klopp says he's not in the market for a new goalkeeper in January
Jurgen Klopp has ended speculation linking him with a January hunt for a new goalkeeper after talking up the ability of first-choice Simon Mignolet.
The Liverpool boss said: "I’ve worked with a lot of goalkeepers in the last few years, and Simon Mignolet is one of the smartest I ever had. He’s young enough to develop and improve."
Meanwhile, Reds forward Harry Wilson has returned from his loan at Crewe after making just seven appearances for the League One club.
A statement on the club's website read: "Liverpool have confirmed Harry Wilson has been recalled from his youth loan spell with Crewe Alexandra."

And finally, former Reds midfielder Xabi Alonso has refused to rule out a return to Anfield when his Bayern Munich contract runs out next summer.
"At the moment I am focused on the season and Bayern," the Spaniard said on the speculation. "I don't know what is going to happen in the future but hopefully I will know soon."
