Spotted: Leeds United defender Liam Cooper seen after worrying injury at Huddersfield
LIAM COOPER was up and about shortly after being stretchered off with what looked like a serious injury at Huddersfield today.
Liam Cooper was subbed off early in the game at Huddersfield
The Leeds United defender needed over five minutes of treatment on the field after colliding with team-mate Scott Wootton.
Paramedics secured him to a neck brace and gave him oxygen before taking him off the John Smith's Stadium field.
Cooper was spotted in the Huddersfield tunnel 10 minutes after coming off
The 24-year-old was replaced by Leeds captain Sol Bamba.
But around 10 minutes later he was spotted in the tunnel walking unaided as Leeds took a 2-0 lead into half time in the first West Yorkshire derby of the season.
