The Belgian has endured a tough campaign so far that has seen him dropped to the bench by Jose Mourinho.
Hazard is yet to score a goal this season and has been criticised for his recent performances.
The 24-year-old's difficult start got even worse when he missed the decisive penalty that sent Chelsea crashing out of the Capital One Cup against Stoke last week.
Garry Neville has questioned Eden Hazard's mentality following his dip in form
Eden Hazard hasn't scored in 16 appearances in all competitions
Former team-mate Frank Lampard believes Hazard must get back to the form he showed last season - scoring 14 goals in 38 appearances - if Chelsea are to finish in the top four.
And Neville believes Hazard has to show strong character to come back from his dip in form if he wants to be considered among the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi as the world's best.
"I mentioned three or four months ago that he would become one of the best players in the world," Neville said on Sky Sports.
