Former Man Utd striker hits out at proposed sacking of Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho
ROMAN ABRAMOVICH would be 'off his head' to sack Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho, claims Alan Brazil.
Jose Mourinho's job hangs in the balance due to Chelsea's poor start to the season
Pressure is mounting on the Blues manager as the club have had their worst ever start to a Premier League season this term.
Express Sport understands that if he fails to get a result against Liverpool he could be faced with the sack.
And reports have already surfaced linking the Portuguese with Ligue 1 clubs Paris Saint-Germain and Monaco.
However, former Manchester United and Tottenham forward Alan Brazil believes the club would be foolish to let him go.
Things went from bad to worse for Mourinho after Nemanja Matic's sending off
“This is all too much. It’s over the top. Yes, Chelsea are not playing as well [as they could be] but have a look at the table," he told talkSPORT.
"If they sort it, just give him some leeway, let him get on with it, they’ll be back up there.
“I think if you push Jose out of this job, you’re off your head. Who’s going to come in? And whoever comes in to take over will know he’s got a bunch of rebellious players.

“If this blows over, and it is a big if – because when you hear people like Tony Cascarino and Jason Cundy talking the way they are, you know this is definitely serious for Jose - but if he comes through this he will get back to winning ways. I am absolutely certain of that.
“I like winners and if you look at wherever Jose’s been, he’s a winner. You can’t just push someone [like that] aside and say he’s having a bad time, let’s get rid of him. It’s ridiculous, nonsense.”
