ANGEL DI MARIA says it was 'special' to play against his old club Real Madrid.

The Argentine, who joined United from Real Madrid in 2014 for £59.7million, sealed a switch to Paris Saint-Germain this summer.
Di Maria has yet to find his groove in Paris, and was substituted after 67 minutes by Laurent Blanc in the Champions League group encounter with Los Blancos.
But Di Maria claims it was great to face his old team-mates.
"This was a special game for me, as I only left Madrid a little more than a year ago," Di Maria said.
"Facing my old team-mates was special, even if it didn't turn out great for me.

"We had a lot of chances to win the game. We did that against one of the top four teams in Europe.
"The important thing is that we were able to pick up a point."
