Nolito would join Barcelona over Arsenal
Arsene Wenger is reportedly willing to treble the Spain international's wages to lure him to north London when the transfer window reopens.
But according to Spanish publication Mundo Deportivo, the 28-year-old forward will reject the Gunners even if Barca's offer is lower.
Nolito, who has scored five goals and assisted three this term, previously spent three years at the Nou Camp before leaving on a free in 2011 for Benfica.
Barca technical director Robert Fernandez has refused to rule out a move for Nolito, telling Cadena Ser: "He's a great player, part of the national team.

"I don't want to talk too much about him because it can create problems when a player is under contract to another team.
"He's there and it could happen, but he's a Celta player. I haven't spoken either to Nolito or his representative."
