Confirmed: Chelsea and Man City complete permanent deals outside the transfer window
ROMA have confirmed the permanent signings of on-loan stars Mohamed Salah and Edin Dzeko.

The Serie A club signed all three players during the summer transfer window on initial loan deals.
But Gazzetta dello Sport claim the players have met 'contractual obligations' that mean Roma were able to make the switches permanent.
“Amongst the most important agreements of the 2014/15 summer transfer window is the signing of Dzeko from Manchester City, Salah from Chelsea and (Iago) Falque from Genoa,” a statement read on Roma's official website.
“These players were initially acquired on temporary deals, but those agreements have now become permanent after certain contractual obligations were met.”
Mohamed Salah - Spotlight On
Chelsea flop Salah joined the club two seasons ago but made little impact in Jose Mourinho's side.
The Egypt international went out on loan to Fiorentina in January as part of a deal that saw Juan Cuadrado - now on loan at Juventus - move to Stamford Bridge.
Fiorentina called in lawyers after Salah allegedly broke his agreement with the Serie A club, rejecting to move on a permanent deal or extend his loan until December.

Dzeko twice won the Premier League with Manchester City
He eventually forced a move to Roma after rejecting Inter's advances.
As for Dzeko, the two-time Premier League winner quit Manchester City this summer as Manuel Pellegrini brought in forward replacements.
Competition was already fierce after Wilfried Bony joined the club in the winter and Raheem Sterling's £49m transfer sealed Bosnia international Dzeko's fate.
