The 21-year-old was linked with a trio of teams, with Palermo's president Maurizio Zamparini claiming Arsenal and Manchester United were interested.
And his agent Gustavo Mascardi confirmed that Chelsea had submitted a formal offer of £28.8m for the striker.
However, it seems none of them would have turned Dybala's head, as he admits Juventus was always his preferred destination.
He said: "The day I heard Juventus were interested in me my mind was made up.
"I said straight away that I wanted to join this club for lots of reasons. One is that I like to win in everything that I do. And I think Juventus are the perfect team to be at if you want to win things.
"It's an amazing thing being here with the No21 shirt I dreamed of wearing for so long. The shirt number is my age and it's also a shirt that has been worn by great players such as Zidane and Andrea Pirlo.
