CONFIRMED: Liverpool and Man Utd target Radja Nainggolan joins Roma
ROMA have officially confirmed a deal has been struck for Radja Nainggolan.

The Belgium international, who is co-owned by Cagliari, joined Roma on loan in 2014.
Negotiations over a summer deal between Roma and player had dragged on for a few weeks.
But the Serie A outfit have now signed the player outright for a fee of £6million.

However this is expected to rise to £15m.
Roma confirmed the news on their website and a statement read: "Roma has reached an agreement with Cagliari Calcio SpA to resolve the co-ownership of footballer Radja Nainggolan in AS Roma's favor, in exchange for a fee of €9 million."
Nainggolan tweeted his reaction to the deal and wrote: "Today is a great day , I'm finally 100% a Giallorossi, it is what I have always wanted and I am now! I thank the club, Pallotta for their efforts in securing a deal.

Nainggolan was on Liverpool and Manchester United's radar, but as far as the Reds are concerned, it is the sixth summer target they have missed out on.
