I reiterate we don't want to sell Pogba
PSG are struggling with Financial Fair Play restrictions and were thought to have made United's Angel Di Maria their top target.
But with only funds to make one big money transfer this summer, they will make a final push for Pogba, according to Marca.
It is claimed that PSG will offer £65million, £7m more than Barcelona have been quoted to take the player to Catalonia.
Paul Pogba is wanted in Paris
Yesterday, Marotta said: "I reiterate we don't want to sell Pogba and he has said today that he doesn't want to leave.
"Pogba is a player that has been requested by several clubs but we have not entered in any negotiation because we consider him strategic to our project.
"The player is not on the market and will only be put in the market if he says he wants to leave."
