That is according Bild, who claim he's about to commit the next five-years of his career at the Volkswagen Arena following comments from his agent.
The German newspaper suggests a new deal will likely include a release clause worth £30million to £50m.

De Bruyne joined the Bundesliga outfit in 2014 from Chelsea after failing to break into the first-team under Jose Mourinho.
The 23-year-old has since been linked with a return to England with Arsenal and Manchester United credited with an interest.

And should De Bruyne sign a new deal at the Wolves, the Premier League clubs could be forced to meet his buy-out clause to land him.
"Kevin is happy and has decided to take the next step with Wolfsburg," agent Didier Frenay said. "He thinks only about this club. We will try to agree an extension of his contract with them."
