CHELSEA are continuing to pursue a deal for Atletico Madrid forward Antoine Griezmann this summer, according to reports.

Griezmann has a £47million release clause in his current contract and Chelsea are thought to be unwilling to pay that amount.
Atletico continue to insist that the French international will not be allowed to leave the club for anything less.
But Jose Mourinho is thought to remain optimistic that a deal can be struck having landed both Diego Costa and Filipe Luis from the club last summer.
According to The Telegraph, Mourinho is using his agent Jorge Mendes to broker a deal.
Mendes is thought to have close links with Atletico CEO Michelangelo Gil Marin and is said to be optimistic he can haggle to negotiate a £35m price tag.

However, Mendes' may end up having a conflict of interest as he looks for a new club for Manchester United flop Radamel Falcao.
Reports this morning suggest that Falcao - represented by Mendes - is desperate to force through a move to Stamford Bridge.
But Mourinho's need for Griezmann could be lessened if Falcao succeeds in sealing a move to west London.
