The France international has been tipped to leave the Serie A champions this summer for a new challenge, with the likes of Barcelona and Real Madrid believed to be interested.
Pogba has also been linked with a return to the Premier League, with former side Manchester United, Manchester City and Chelsea all keen.
However, Tuttomercatoweb claims that the Blues are leading the race for his signature, with Roman Abramovich and Jose Mourinho both agreeing that Pogba can take the club to the next level.
It is added that the 22-year-old is valued at £70million and would command an annual salary of £8.5m, but Juventus are apparently demanding that Oscar swaps London for Turin if the Blues want Pogba at Stamford Bridge.
