Spanish newspaper Marca claim the Portuguese international will be added to the terms as he has fallen out of favour with Carlo Ancelotti.
The left-back was reportedly a target for Louis van Gaal last summer but the deal failed to materialise.
And now Madrid will hope his inclusion will be enough to push forward talks on a transfer fee for De Gea.
Marca believe the La Liga side have already agreed personal terms with the goalkeeper and are awaiting a price from United.

They are said to have already made an opening bid of around £14million, however Van Gaal is expected to hold out for a fee closer to the £30m mark.
Coentrao joined Real Madrid in the summer of 2011 for £27m, and Real will hope he will be the key to reaching a cut-price agreement this summer.
