FERNANDO TORRES has taken to Twitter congratulating former club Chelsea on winning the Premier League.

A goal from Eden Hazard sealed a 1-0 win over Crystal Palace on Sunday afternoon, clinching the Blues' first title since 2010.
Torres left Chelsea at the start of the season for AC Milan on loan before signing a permanent deal and subsequently rejoining boyhood side Atletico Madrid.
Congratulations to my @ChelseaFC mates. @premierleague Champions!
The Spaniard never won the league during his time in England, having spent three-and-a-half years with Liverpool before moving to Stamford Bridge in January 2011.
However, Torres has shown that he still has some sentimental attachment to the west London outfit, tweeting a picture of his former team-mates celebrating with the caption: "Congratulations to my @ChelseaFC mates. @premierleague Champions!"
