Man Utd Transfer News: Dortmund talk Gundogan deal, £75m Chelsea battle, Depay update
EXPRESS SPORT brings you all the latest transfer news coming from Old Trafford.
Ilkay Gundogan Player Profile
Borussia Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc insists Manchester United have not been in talks over a move for Ilkay Gundogan, contrary to recent reports.
He said: "There is no signature, no contract, no offer, no request and not even contact.
"The last time I talked to Manchester United was in November 2014 and that was about a different topic."
The former Tottenham man has a reported buy-out clause of £75m.
The Welsh forward has indicated he wants to remain at the La Liga giants, but reports in Spain suggest the club are open to his sale in the summer.
Manchester United, City and Chelsea want Real Madrid's Gareth Bale
Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers has refused to rule out a move for PSV winger Memphis Depay, who has been heavily linked with a £25m switch to Old Trafford in recent weeks.
The Reds boss said: "I can’t confirm either way - you know me, in terms of speculation of players.
"The kid is a very talented player, of course. But I wouldn’t like to confirm either way."
