LIVERPOOL youngster Jerome Sinclair is thrilled to be a part of Wigan's battle for survival in the Championship.
Jerome Sinclair joins Wigan on loan for the rest of the season
Hopefully we can get some good results to try and keep us in this league
The 18-year-old completed a loan move to the Latics today, joining Anfield team-mate Sheyi Ojo for the rest of the season.
Malky Mackay's men currently sit six points adrift of safety in the Championship relegation zone.
But Sinclair is convinced there is enough quality on the squad to stay up.
On the temporary switch, he said: "I'm delighted to be here. I trained this morning, which went really well.

"The squad is really buoyant and hopefully we can get some good results to try and keep us in this league.
"When you go to a new team and an environment with a lot of new faces, it can be quite difficult to settle in, but with a familiar face in Sheyi already here it's going to be really easy for me.
"I've seen already that there are some really quality players in this team and the players can go and express themselves, so hopefully we can soon start to climb the division.
"We just have to keep working hard and try and nail down some good results and hopefully stay up."
