USELESS and PATHETIC: Piers Morgan's scathing analysis of Arsenal against Monaco
PIERS MORGAN'S had another melt down... this time as Arsenal crumbled at home to Monaco in the Champions League round of 16.
Piers Morgan fired more shots at Arsenal and Arsene Wenger
The Gunners found themselves two down after the hour mark through goals from Geoffrey Kondogbia - after a wicked deflection from Per Mertesacker - and Dimitar Berbatov.
As if that wasn't bad enough, Olivier Giroud missed a series of chances, including a free header inside the six-yard box.
The French striker headed way over the bar, and was shortly subbed off for Theo Walcott.
And Morgan - Arsenal's No.1 fan, of course - went on another Twitter rant.
"Can't even imagine what Barca or Madrid would do to us." he posted. "Luckily, we're not going to find out."
Been coming. We've been useless.#AFCvMON

Monaco are half-strength, right? And we've only heard of half their 1st XI anyway, right? And Arsene's irreplaceable, right?#WengerOut

And THAT'S why I say Giroud's not a top class striker.#AFCvMON

'Giroud's great, nobody can replace Wenger, we're going to win trophies again' - said no realistic Arsenal fan EVER.#AFCvMON
