Manchester United have their SWAGGER back, claims rival club boss
LEICESTER boss Nigel Pearson fears Manchester United have their 'swagger' back.
The Foxes play Louis Van Gaal's side at the King Power on Sunday on the back of their first win of the campaign but they take on a United side that produced a fine attacking display to beat QPR 4-0 last weekend.
Pearson is under no illusions as to the size of the task as they get ready to face new boys Angel Di Maria and Radamel Falcao.
He said: "It's potentially our most glamorous fixture at the King Power. It's a fixture that a lot of people look for.
"Manchester United have been the most dominant domestic club. They are a world brand and have made their recruitment intensions quite clear.
"United look like they have a swagger back, they have added quality. Whenever there is a change in manager you can have people who have a short-term impact.
"When you have someone in charge for as long as Sir Alex Ferguson the transition period will never be easy. They have been a huge presence within the English game for a long time. I'm sure they will reignite that at some point."
Leicester v Manchester United Head-to-head
Pearson has a near full strength squad with keeper Kasper Schmeichel fit after a knee injury and defender Matt Upson the only first team player out.
He said: "Kasper is 100 per cent, everyone else is available. It's great to have plenty of players to choose from. That's a better position to be in than have selection issues.
"I would rather have to make decisions, that's always a better situation to be here. I'm not here to be the players' friend."
