I want to join Everton! Belgian star David Henen pleads for swift transfer resolution
EVERTON target David Henen is desperate to make a permanent switch to Goodison Park, but negotiations with Belgian side Anderlecht have stalled over differing valuations of the 18-year-old.
Anderlecht want £3m plus a complex contract offer that includes appearance ad sell-on fees to benefit the side should Henen realise his potential in Merseyside.
Meanwhile Everton are only willing to part with £1.5m for the youngster who will be placed in the reserve side immediately.
The Belgian prodigy frequently Tweets about his desire to join Roberto Martinez's side, and is reported to have already passed a medical at Everton's training complex - Finch Farm.
David Henen: "It has been an honour to play at Anderlecht. Shame it has to end this way... I wish you all the best this season." #rsca #efc
