Chelsea agree fee to sign £20m-rated Brazilian star Filipe Luis
CHELSEA and Atletico Madrid have reached an agreement for the sale of Brazilian left-back Filipe Luis.
The 28-year-old is yet to agree personal terms with the West London side, though no complications are expected to arise.
It is believed that Chelsea have activated Luis' £19m release clause, leaving the Spanish champions with no choice but to sell.
Luis will constitute Jose Mourinho's fourth summer signing, and will join Mario Pasalic, Cesc Fabregas and fellow Madrid convert Diego Costa.

The return of Belgian goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois, and the prescience of Diego Costa is likely to help Luis settle in at Stamford Bridge.
The trio were integral in Madrid winning their first La Liga title in almost three decades, and will certainly boost Chelsea's title hopes.
The Special One understood that replacing Roma bound Ashley Cole was essential.
