Liverpool, Man Utd & Spurs boosted after Dnipro demand West Ham raise £10m Konoplyanka bid
WEST HAM will have to increase their bid to £12million if they are to land Dnipro winger Yevhen Konoplyanka.
Reports claim the Hammers' initial bid was just over £2m shy of the Ukrainian sides valuation of their coveted international.
His buy-out clause stands at £12m, and will have to be met if the East London side are to capture their man.
The 24-year-old would join Cheikhou Kouyate, Aaron Cresswell, Diego Poyet and Mauro Zarate - who have already been added to the Upton Park ranks.
Yevhen Konoplyanka Player Profile
Given that £12m would constitute West Ham's second highest transfer fee, Irons boss Sam Allardyce will need to be sure that Konoplyanka can adapt to the English game.
Dnipro's initial rejection is likely to encourage other interested clubs to bid for the winger.
Premier League trio Tottenham, Liverpool and Manchester United have all been linked with moves at various times.
However West Ham appear to be in pole position to add Konoplyanka to their increasingly attack minded squad.
