Verratti hopes to remain at Paris Saint-Germain through the transfer window[GETTY]
The 21-year-old enjoyed a fine season with PSG last season, providing eight assists in the club's Ligue 1 title-winning campaign.
Manchester United are long-term admirers of Veratti and are understood to be turning their interest into a formal bid when the transfer window reopens.
However, the highly-rated Italy international, who will represent his country at the World Cup, admits he has no intention of leaving the French capital.

Veratti said: "My future? I'm fine in Paris and when I'm happy in a place I do everything to stay there."
He is the second PSG player to commit his future to the club, after the agent of Javier Pastore - who is a Chelsea target - revealed his client won't be leaving in the summer.
Marcelo Simonian said: "Pastore will remain 100% at Paris Saint-Germain."
