Theo Walcott ruled out of Arsenal's games against Dortmund, Palace and Chelsea
THEO WALCOTT has suffered an injury setback that will keep him out for at least another fortnight.
He pulled up in training on Thursday and Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger said: “He had to stop running, to jog again. I don’t think we will see him against Dortmund, nor Crystal Palace nor Chelsea. He is at least two weeks away now.”
Wenger had hoped to field the England winger against Dortmund at the Emirates tomorrow night to inject some width into his side.
Although Dortmund will still be wary of the Gunners' in-form attack after they struck four past Norwich at the weekend.
Jack Wilshere's opener has been lauded by many as a goal of the season contender with the midfielder finishing off a superb flowing move with a volleyed strike.
Dortmund arrive in North London having beaten Hannover 1-0 at the weekend courtesy of a Marco Reus penalty.
But Walcott will not play any part against the German outfit and is now targeting a return on November 2 for the visit of Liverpool in the Premier League.
