Robert Lewandowski appears set to leave Borussia Dortmund for Bayern Munich this summer
Dortmund star striker Lewandowski has attracted interest from Premier League sides Manchester United and Chelsea this summer, but their Bundesliga rivals Bayern Munich have always been the frontrunners to land him.
"We have been in agreement with the (new) club for some time now," Lewandowski told German sports magazine Bild. "I have informed the people in charge (at Dortmund) and I assume that all will now be cleared up and I can join the club of my wish this summer."

"This would be the best thing for all sides."
Barring a remarkable turn of events the 25-year-old will be playing for the Bavarian giants next season, but Lewandowski hopes to exit Dortmund gracefully.
"Dortmund are a fantastic club that will always have a special place in my heart," he continued. "However, I am looking for a new challenge in the future."
