Everton target Aleksander Dragovic's still keen on Premier League move
EVERTON target Aleksander Dragovic has revealed that he is ready to take the next step in his career and move to the Premier League.
Dragovic, who has also been monitored by Southampton and Arsenal, is keen to follow in Aston Villa's Andreas Weimann's footsteps and make a mark in England's top flight.
We reported last month that Everton were in pole position to sign the highly-rated Basel defender, as David Moyes seeks to strengthen his squad.
With Phil Neville leaving Goodison Park at the end of the season, the £5m rated player, who could provide the Toffees with some much-needed steel.
"I regular speak to Andreas, who has told me a lot about how much he enjoys playing in England.
"Its competition at the highest level, which is what I'm looking for.
"The fans are fantastic, and the clubs command a lot of respect around the world."
Dragovic guided Basel to the semi-finals of the Europa League this season where they were eliminated by Chelsea.
