Fulham boss Martin Jol targets new signings
FULHAM could be set for a summer overhaul after manager Martin Jol admitted he was targeting another close season of signings.
Attentions at Fulham are already turning to next season, with the club comfortably on 40 points in 11th place in the Premier League with three games remaining.
Jol is looking to freshen up his squad across the board, with a goalkeeper likely to be high on his list of priorities.
Twente's Nikolay Mihaylov and Roma's Maarten Stekelenburg have been mooted, while Aston Villa defender Matthew Lawton and Danish striker Andreas Cornelius are also targets.
Jol is confident he will find the players the club needs, saying: "We will always find players like Mladen Petric or Hugo Rodallega.
"But, of course, it’s not easy. I think we had five new players in, so it’s not easy to settle.
"I’m satisfied we’ve got the points to be safe, although I’m a bit disappointed we couldn’t get more points in the last few weeks and gone even higher.”
