Arsenal and Manchester United boosted in hunt for £18million Robert Lewandowski
ARSENAL and Manchester United have been given a huge boost in their quest to sign Dortmund ace Robert Lewandowski.
The Polish international is one of the most sought-after strikers in European football and has expressed a desire to leave the German champions.
Lewandowski's contract runs out at the end of next season but boss Jurgen Klopp is lining up bid for Sevilla striker Alvaro Negredo to replace him already, according to Spanish newspaper Marca.
It has further prompted speculation the 24-year-old will leave in the summer.
Dortmund value Robert Lewandoski at around £18million
Dortmund value Lewandoski at around £18million and the club will be keen to cash in rather than seeing him walk out for nothing.
Arsenal are set to splash the cash this summer while Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson and his assistant Mike Phelan have gone to watch the Pole in action themselves.
