Fulham in battle to sign ex-Liverpool keeper Nikolay Mihaylov
NIKOLAY MIHAYLOV claims Fulham are one of a number of interested parties looking to snap him up.
There are more clubs interested than just Fulham
The FC Twente goalkeeper, who has starred in the Champions League, says the Cottagers made an approach in the the winter transfer window.
The move broke down as Twente had little time to find a replacement - but it is believed Martin Jol will renew his efforts to sign the Bulgarian in the summer.
"There are more clubs interested than just Fulham," Mihaylov told Dutch paper De Telegraaf.
"However, at the moment I want to focus fully on my job at Twente."
Mihaylov spent three years at Liverpool from 2007 after starting his career at Levski Sofia.
