Middlesbrough 1 - Leicester 2: Lloyd Dyer flyer Foxes them
SUBSTITUTE Lloyd Dyer banished Leicester’s away-day blues with a dramatic late winner that eased the pressure on manager Nigel Pearson.
Dyer capped an impressive comeback with an 89th minute strike for the Foxes, who hit back after undeservedly slipping behind to a screamer from Nicky Bailey in the 49th minute.
Jamie Vardy set the ball rolling in the 62nd minute, slotting home from 12 yards, then Dyer sealed it.
Boro boss Tony Mowbray said: “If we start panicking after one home defeat, then we are all in trouble.
“The players worked extremely hard.”
Leicester boss Pearson said: “We have relied on a bit of a flukey goal for the winner, but that’s how this division is.”
