Julio Cesar's looking forward to playing for QPR
JULIO CESAR is relishing the prospect of playing for QPR after his shock transfer last night.
The Brazil keeper has agreed a four-year deal, subject to receiving international clearance and being granted a visa.
He said: “I am delighted to have been given the opportunity to come to London, learn English and play in the Premier League.”
Rangers boss Mark Hughes said: “When you get an opportunity to bring in a player of Julio Cesar’s quality, you have to pursue it.”
QPR will today sign Real Madrid midfielder Esteban Granero on a five-year deal as manager Mark Hughes moves to replace Joey Barton, who has had a medical at Marseille.
