Dimitar Berbatov in potential move to Fulham
FULHAM plan to beat the transfer deadline with moves for Dimitar Berbatov and Mark Noble.
Fulham made a £4million enquiry for Manchester United striker Berbatov, who is said to have rejected a bid from Juventus – after earlier leaving a Fiorentina agent waiting at the airport.
The Craven Cottage club were also ready to offer West Ham £3.5m for midfielder Noble.
Kieran Richardson was captured in a £2m deal yesterday and Fulham are also keen on Sunderland team-mate Fraizer Campbell.
They are also closing in on a £2m move for Wolfsburg’s Iranian winger Ashkan Dejagh.
