Middlesbrough 1 Millwall 1: Tony Mowbray’s record breakers
TONY MOWBRAY’S men rewrote the Riverside record books – but were again hit by the home jitters.
Boro set a club record of 11 league games unbeaten from the start of a season, but could only manage a point.
Barry Robson drilled in his fourth goal this term to end Boro’s five-and-a-half hour goal drought.
But their hopes of clinching only a second home win this season were dashed after the break when Liam Trotter scored to ease the pressure on Lions boss Kenny Jackett.
Mowbray said: ‘‘Millwall are a big side and a danger at set-pieces and you have to give them credit, they worked hard for each other.”
Jackett said: ‘‘It was a good fightback by us and we now need to build on this.’’
