The Santiago Bernabeu will stage another monumental fixture on Wednesday as Real Madrid aim to carry out one of the most remarkable comebacks in Champions League history against Arsenal. The reigning European champions were left stunned last week when they were outclassed by the Gunners in the first leg of their quarter-final showdown.

Declan Rice set the Emirates Stadium into raptures by scoring two second-half free-kicks in quick succession before Mikel Merino added a third for the north Londoners, marking one of the most iconic wins in the club's recent history. However, any football fan will know that Real Madrid, particularly at the Bernabeu, are capable of anything. And with the record 15-time winners' array of firepower, a three-goal deficit can be overturned.

The fixture marks only the second time Arsenal and Los Blancos have met at the Bernabeu, with Thierry Henry securing a famous 1-0 Arsenal win on aggregate 19 years ago after a signature solo run and finish. With Mikel Arteta keen to avoid a disastrous upset and see out the tie, we bring you all the details you need to know about how to watch the game in the UK.

What channel and live stream is Real Madrid vs Arsenal on?

As the main broadcaster of Champions League matches in the UK, TNT Sports 1 and TNT Sports Ultimate will be showing the highly anticipated game for those with a valid subscription.

For fans who prefer to watch online, the match can be streamed on computers, mobile phones or tablets by subscribing to TNT Sports via Discovery+ or the TNT Sports app. Subscriptions to TNT Sports are also available for BT, EE, Sky Sports, and Virgin Media customers.

When does Real Madrid vs Arsenal kick off?

Coverage of the clash begins at 7pm UK time on Wednesday. The TNT Sports panel will provide analysis and interviews until 8pm, when the game kicks off in the Spanish capital.

Who could Real Madrid or Arsenal face in the semi-final?

The winning team from the tie will advance to the semi-finals, where they'll face the victor of Aston Villa vs Paris Saint-Germain. Given PSG's 3-1 home advantage from the first leg, they are currently the favourites to progress.

However, the atmosphere at Villa Park could prove advantageous for Unai Emery's side, who remain unbeaten at home in the competition despite facing opponents like Bayern Munich and Juventus. The Spanish manager has only reached the Champions League semi-finals once before with Villarreal in 2022.

What have Real Madrid said about the fixture?

Real Madrid's stars and their manager, Carlo Ancelotti, are still confident that they can pull off a historic comeback. Englishman Jude Bellingham wrote on his Instagram story after the first leg: "Not over yet."

Vinicius Junior, who was quiet for much of the first leg, stated on Instagram after their 1-0 win at Alaves on Sunday: "Already thinking about Wednesday! We're ready and looking forward to it. We'll wait for you at the Bernabeu and we'll try everything. WE ARE THE REAL."

Tension is building with reports suggesting Real Madrid's ultras have something unprecedented planned for the team bus' arrival at the Bernabeu. The club too have organised a motivational video for the players before the game, while the roof will be closed to improve the atmosphere throughout the 90 minutes.

Quizzed on the prospects of staging a dramatic comeback, manager Ancelotti responded with one raised eyebrow: "We will try. It happened many times. We will try until the last minute."
