Last weekend, it emerged that Sheikh Jassim was aware of 10 transfer targets for Manchester United. And the Qatari billionaire is supposedly happy for the Glazers to keep making plans at Old Trafford as takeover talk continues to rumble on. The family are committed to backing Erik ten Hag in this summer’s transfer window, especially with the club currently on an upwards trajectory under the Dutchman…
El Pais said last week that the Glazers were preparing one of the biggest ‘market assaults’ in football history.
The Americans are open to selling the club, something they confirmed back in November, and Sheikh Jassim is in the mix to buy them out.
It was claimed Sheikh Jassim is aware of the Glazers’ intentions and has given his seal of approval, knowing it could help him providing a takeover goes through.
A huge 10 players were listed as potential targets, ranging from Tottenham’s Harry Kane to Napoli’s Kim Min-jae.
Express Sport now takes a look at all of those stars and explores the feasibility of each and every signing.

It’s an open secret that United want to sign Kane from Tottenham, with the England international scoring 30 goals across all competitions this season.
The problem is, however, that Spurs won’t want to lose their star man to a direct rival. Real Madrid and Bayern Munich are also lurking, with both able to offer Kane a platform to challenge for trophies year in, year out.
United will need to launch an eye-watering bid to blow their rivals out of the water and convince Daniel Levy into selling. They know a deal will be tricky - but that doesn’t mean they’re ready to abandon any potential pursuit.
Victor Osimhen
Victor Osimhen was also mentioned in the report as being a potential target for United.
It’s easy to see why, with the Nigeria international scoring 28 goals from 37 appearances across all competitions.
Napoli won’t let their talisman go on the cheap, however, amid suggestions a bid of over £100million will need to be tabled.
Osimhen is also happy with the Italian giants, having recently propelled them to a first Scudetto since the days of Diego Maradona all the way back in 1990.

Khvicha Kvaratskhelia
Few had heard of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia when he joined Napoli from Dinamo Batumi a year ago.
Fast-forward to now, however, and the Georgia international is considered one of the best wingers in the whole of world football.
The 22-year-old was mesmeric for Napoli this term, scoring 12 goals and clocking up 10 assists from 32 Serie A matches.
He’s been likened to United legend George Best - and Ten Hag could certainly do with some of that magic if they’re to dethrone Manchester City as champions next season.
Kingsley Coman
United previously eyed a deal for Kingsley Coman back in the summer transfer window of 2020.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wanted to land the France international but, with Bayern Munich making it clear the winger wasn’t for sale, ultimately opted to land youngsters such as Facundo Pellistri and Amad instead.
United would be signing a tricky winger with an eye for a goal in Coman.
But with Thomas Tuchel still adjusting to his new role at Bayern Munich, the German may choose to stick rather than twist when it comes to the attacker.

Ronald Araujo
Ronald Araujo has been a bedrock for Barcelona this term, with the Catalan giants now firmly back at the top of La Liga.
There have been conflicting claims over his future, with the Uruguay international agreeing a new contract back in April.
Some still believe that fresh deal has gone unsigned, however.
But all signs point to Araujo staying at Barcelona instead of jumping ship to the Premier League, with the player settled at the Nou Camp.
Kim Min-jae
Kim Min-jae seems to be the likeliest signing for United right now.
The Napoli star has a release clause in his current deal in Italy that enables him to leave for a fee around the £45million mark.
United want a new defender amid an expectancy Harry Maguire will be sold at the end of the campaign.
And Kim would be the perfect player to provide competition for the likes of Lisandro Martinez, Raphael Varane and Victor Lindelof.
