Jadon Sancho is a man in the spotlight after missing Manchester United’s 2-0 win over Burnley on Wednesday night. The England international hasn’t featured for the Red Devils since their 1-1 draw with Chelsea back in October. And, with the club giving few details away, Express Sport will now take a look at everything we know about his situation.
Sancho started the season playing well for United.
Having struggled under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Ralf Rangnick last term, he looked rejuvenated during the early stages of Erik ten Hag’s Old Trafford reign.
Sancho dazzled in a 2-1 victory over Liverpool, scoring to help the Red Devils achieve a first win of the season in August.
And the forward also netted as United beat Leicester 1-0 in September, too.
Since then, however, his form has suffered with the 22-year-old managing just two goals from his last nine matches across all competitions.

Speaking earlier in the month, Ten Hag insisted Sancho wasn’t in the right state of mind nor physically capable of playing for United at the current moment in time.
“We want to bring him back as quickly as possible, but I can’t give a prognosis of when that will be,” he said.
“Sometimes there are circumstances with fitness and mood. We got a drop of quality level and sometimes you don’t know why or what is causing it.
“That is what we are doing now to try to get him back there. It is a combination of physically and mentally.
“I’ve had several talks with Jadon and I don’t think he will be back this week.”
He then added: “He wasn’t fit enough to be there. It’s a combination of physically and mentally.”
